Сегодня Кассационный хозсуд в составе Верховного суда закрыл производство по иску компании Birgminton Investing, пытавшейся обжаловать договор купли-продажи акций, заключенный в процессе национализации ПриватБанка. Дело стояло на паузе полтора года.
